This policy explains what data Wick collects and how it's used. We aim to collect as little personal data as possible.

We never see or store your card details. All payments are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who act as the merchant of record for all transactions and are responsible for processing your payment securely and handling any applicable tax. When you run an analysis, the ticker, chart data, or uploaded image is sent to our analysis server, which forwards it to Anthropic (our AI provider) and, for live ticker analysis, to Twelve Data (our market data provider) to retrieve real price information. These providers process the data solely to return your analysis and do not use it to identify you personally.
Your signal history, free-tier usage count, and app preferences are stored using your browser's local storage. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to or stored on any server we control. Clearing your browser data will remove this history.
Wick itself does not use tracking cookies. Our payment processor may use cookies during checkout as part of its standard payment security process.
You can request details of any data we hold about you, or request deletion of your account and associated data, by contacting us at the email on your purchase receipt. Since most app data lives only in your browser, simply clearing your browser storage removes your local history.
We do not retain chart images or analysis content after a response is generated. Payment and subscription records are retained by our payment processor in line with their own data retention policies and applicable financial regulations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "last updated" date above.
